The place was fine but MGM Properties were a nightmare to deal with. They did not disclose stairs at the unit until after renting and refused to cancel with a full refund, minutes after booking. I was locked out from entering in the middle of my stay and had to request a reset of the codes, I had to request entry instructions, their guidebook had issues when accessing it from my phone and they are still trying to charge me a $50 late checkout fee that I did not request, nor need and is currently in dispute with Airbnb. I'm not sure if MGM owns this place or not but if I was the owner, I'd definitely look for another management company.
Foi tudo muito bom. Desde localização até tranquilidade no local… maquina de lavar e secar roupa funcionam muito bem. Deixaram algumas capsulas para usarmos na maquina de cafe… enfim recomendamos o local. Ponto que gostaria de comentar é que poderia ter mais taças e talheres, pois tem lugar para 6 dormirem, mas somente 4 colheres de sopa e 2 colheres de cafézinho… tem forno mas não tem nenhuma forma para usar o forno… tem 2 taças de vinho e 2 de espumantes e lugar para 6 pessoas!!!!poderiam mesmo melhorar esses aspectos pois o apto merece!
