This space comes with one Queen Bed Gel Memory mattress, 2 Firm, 2 Soft pillows, a couch, & an accent chair. It has almost everything you will need for your stay!

Located in the heart of Whitestown, you will be spoilt for choices of where to eat or shop. The apartment is relatively new, and comes equipped with Washer & Dryer, Stainless steel appliances, a walk-in closet, free fast optic fiber Wifi, and unlimited HBO Max!

Everything in the home is yours to use. Make yourself as comfortable as you can, but please refrain from moving furniture (so you don't break it)!

You can access the building through the main entrances. we ask that you be respectful of the home and community, you can have friends over but maintain noise and light discipline at all times. The home is not baby-proofed and hence may not be ideal for families with small children, however, children are welcome at your own discretion.

Use of Common Amenities:

  • Only registered guests can use the amenities. No outsiders and visitors are allowed.
  • CCTVs and 24/7 security monitoring are in place to ensure compliance from everyone.
  • Amenities are not for commercial use.

Conveniently situated off I-65, this unit is located near Zionsville, IN, it offers easy access to everything you need in the area. Commute into downtown Indianapolis in under half an hour, or stay local to find all the shopping, dining, and entertainment you’re looking for.

Close to The Shoppes at Whitestown, Meijer, T.J. Maxx, and Burlington. Enjoy a perfect scenic Whitestown Rail Trail for a nice hike through lush greenery. Also close to the Boone County Fairgrounds for endless local entertainment, and if you’re looking for a night out, you’ll have tons of bars and restaurants to choose from. Enjoy a drink with friends at Moontown Brewing Company and then head to Cobblestone Zionsville for a delicious meal accompanied by live music.

While we do not anticipate the need, following multiple warnings, we will utilize local law enforcement to ensure compliance. Should removal be required, it will be done at the guest's expense.

Everything was clean and looked just like the pictures! Limited stuff in the kitchen for long term stays but was workable with stuff I had brought! Stayed for 3 months and if there was a problem I contacted the company and they responded quickly!

“The place was clean, comfortable, and spacious — exactly as described. Communication was excellent and always timely. Any minor issues were handled quickly, with updates provided along the way. Overall, a great first stay and I’d happily book again if I’m ever back in the area.”

Place itself is quite nice, but there are some serious flaws that could easily be fixed. 1) There were multiple parts of the furniture that were loose or literally came off. 2) There was literally minimal (two spoons) kitchen appliances, and so we had to go and buy normal items that should be present in every kitchen like oven mitts. 3) The master bed room blinds do nothing, and light leaks in so much that we never got a good night sleep in two weeks. An example would be that I would wake up at 2 in the morning thinking that it was 6 because of the amount of light entering. 4) for the amenities of the unit and problems with basics, the price of the unit should not even be as high as it was.
