The apartment is relatively new, and comes equipped with Washer & Dryer, Stainless steel appliances, a walk-in closet, free fast optic fiber Wifi, and unlimited HBO Max! Everything in the home is yours to use. Make yourself as comfortable as you can, but please refrain from moving furniture (so you don't break it)! You can access the building through the main entrances. we ask that you be respectful of the home and community, you can have friends over but maintain noise and light discipline at all times. The home is not baby-proofed and hence may not be ideal for families with small children, however, children are welcome at your own discretion. Use of Common Amenities: * Only registered guests can use the amenities. No outsiders and visitors are allowed. * CCTVs and 24/7 security monitoring are in place to ensure compliance from everyone. * Amenities are not for commercial use. Commute into downtown Indianapolis in under half an hour, or stay local to find all the shopping, dining, and entertainment you’re looking for. Close to The Shoppes at Whitestown, Meijer, T.J. Maxx, and Burlington. Enjoy a perfect scenic Whitestown Rail Trail for a nice hike through lush greenery. Also close to the Boone County Fairgrounds for endless local entertainment, and if you’re looking for a night out, you’ll have tons of bars and restaurants to choose from. Enjoy a drink with friends at Moontown Brewing Company and then head to Cobblestone Zionsville for a delicious meal accompanied by live music. There are several options for getting around the area: Driving: Whitestown is a car-friendly town with easy access to major highways and thoroughfares. If you have your own car or are renting one, driving is a convenient way to get around the area. Biking: Whitestown has several bike trails and lanes throughout the town, making it a bike-friendly option for getting around. You can rent a bike from local bike shops or bring your own. MAIL & PACKAGE DELIVERY We discourage direct delivery to the building/apartment. It is recommended to make use of a nearby pickup/drop-off location to guarantee receipt of your mail/package. We have a zero-tolerance policy for parties and smoking anywhere on our premises. All our units come equipped with noise sensors. While we do not anticipate the need, following multiple warnings, we will utilize local law enforcement to ensure compliance. Should removal be required, it will be done at the guest's expense.
