Your request needs to be reviewed and scheduled with the building management. *Unauthorized access or no prior approval is subject to a fine of $100/per person per day. * Any damage to common amenities will incur a charge of a minimum of $150. * Only registered guests can use the amenities. No outsiders and visitors are allowed. * CCTVs and 24/7 security monitoring are in place to ensure everyone's compliance. * Amenities are not for commercial use.
