Our stay had a few significant challenges that made the experience less comfortable than expected. The most concerning issue was the water—it had a strong rotten egg smell whenever it was turned on. After looking into it, this can sometimes be related to bacteria in the water system, which was unsettling. We ended up using bottled water to brush our teeth and wash our faces, and even showering was not a pleasant experience. Inside the home, there were noticeable structural concerns, particularly with the flooring. Some areas were uneven and felt sunken, which made walking around a bit uncomfortable and raised safety concerns. The listing also didn’t quite match the experience in person. While the photos appeared bright and inviting online, the home felt much more dull and worn upon arrival. In terms of amenities, it would have been nice to have TVs in the bedrooms. Given how common and affordable they are now, this felt like a missed opportunity for added comfort.
Great space in Indianapolis. This is very close to downtown while still being a true neighborhood. Parking was plentiful. The kitchen was spacious. It was great to attend the Championship game with my family and stay here. Everyone enjoyed the accommodations.
