While we do not anticipate the need, following multiple warnings, we will utilize local law enforcement to ensure compliance. Should removal be required, it will be done at the guest's expense.

The most concerning issue was the water—it had a strong rotten egg smell whenever it was turned on. After looking into it, this can sometimes be related to bacteria in the water system, which was unsettling. We ended up using bottled water to brush our teeth and wash our faces, and even showering was not a pleasant experience. Inside the home, there were noticeable structural concerns, particularly with the flooring. Some areas were uneven and felt sunken, which made walking around a bit uncomfortable and raised safety concerns. The listing also didn’t quite match the experience in person. While the photos appeared bright and inviting online, the home felt much more dull and worn upon arrival. In terms of amenities, it would have been nice to have TVs in the bedrooms.
